The rules and guidelines for using CZ-Hire

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CZ-Hire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including job seekers, employers, and administrators.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CZ-Hire. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Employers must have the authority to act on behalf of their company.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Job Seeker Guidelines
Job seekers must provide truthful and accurate information in their profiles, resumes, and applications. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or eligibility to work is prohibited. You consent to background checks and drug testing when indicated in your profile.
5. Employer Guidelines
Employers must post accurate job listings, respond to applicants in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable labor laws. Employers may not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, or disability. Subscription fees apply per the plan selected.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not post false or misleading content, harass or discriminate against others, use the platform for illegal activities, attempt to access unauthorized data, transmit malware, scrape or copy platform content, or impersonate another person or entity.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Employers may subscribe to Standard, Professional, or Premium plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly through a third-party payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Plans can be upgraded or cancelled at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
CZ-Hire owns all platform content, including logos, designs, text, and software. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to use it for platform operations. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
CZ-Hire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job placements, candidate quality, or employer legitimacy. We are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
CZ-Hire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for the conduct of users or third-party services.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed subject to legal retention requirements.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
