We share candidate profile information with employers when you apply for a job or are matched. We share employer information with candidates viewing job listings. We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with payment processors, service providers, legal authorities when required, and in connection with business transfers.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services. Resumes and application data are retained per industry standards. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
